Golf Outing Fundraiser

Inaugural Golf Outing Fund Raiser at Deer Pass!

When:  September 29th, Time 12:00 Shotgun Start.  
Where:  Deer Pass Golf Course - 5886 Greenwich Rd., Seville, OH, 44273

Cost:  $320 per foursome.  Fee includes:  lunch, golf with cart, dinner.  (lunch consists of hot dogs, chips and drink.  Dinner consists of "picnic dinner" of burger, hot dog, chips, water, pop)  Two drink (beer, pop etc.) tickets (additional drinks can be purchased).  Individual golfers can be taken and paired with others.  Dinner may be upgraded to steak dinner for extra $20 per golfer (pre-ordered only). 

Details:  This golf outing is designed to raise funds for the youth baseball programs of The Akron A's and Green Bulldogs.  Also, a portion of the proceeds will go towards the Meeting God in Baseball Ministry.  

Prizes:  Prizes will be given for low team score and various proximity contests.  Other prizes may be awarded based on prize donations.  

Volunteers Needed!  Need 6-8 Volunteers to handle the fund raisers.  Deer Pass will handle registration, etc. but we are responsible to handle our fund raisers.

Silent Auction:  If you want to put together a basket (or other item), you can keep all of the proceeds from the silent auction.  Just let me know you'd like to enter an item in the silent auction.  You will provide the item (at your expense) and you will keep all the money raised from this item.   

Sponsorships available:  Corporate Sponsor ($1,000), Beverage Cart ($750) , Golf Cart ($300), Single Company Hole ($125), Hole Sponsorship ($100), Family member ($35).  Gifts/gift Certificates may be purchased to be used as prizes (Deer Pass will donate various prizes but more donations are appreciated to make it a better event).
Corporate Sponsor - $1,000.  Logo or picture  on the banner at registration and dinner.  Special thank you before golf and dinner.  Entitled to one foursome to event and two dinner guests.

Beverage Cart - $750.  8 1/2 x 11 signage on the beverage cart thanking you for the beverages.   Entitled to two dinner guests.

Golf Cart - $300.  8 1/2 x 5 1/2 signage on each golf cart.  Sponsor supplies miscellaneous merchandise (cozies, pens or promo items) usually with sponsor's logo on them.

Single Company Hole - $125.  signage on the tee of a given hole with the sponsor's name on it in text.

Hole - $100.  Same as single person hole sponsor, but with several sponsors on a single hole.

Family - $35.  Personal donations made to the charity and on a sign at the pavilion during the outing.
