About QuEST
The QuEST program is a quickness, strength and explosion program that will also train athletes for speed, endurance and more.  The program is run by Keith Lowe, who is the owner of Summit Performance Dynamics.  Keith works with athletes from all over northeast Ohio and his experience and knowledge are well respected.  The QuEST program will incorporate body weight training, resistance training, functional training, high intensity training, circuit, interval, adaptive and more.  It will also incorporate some martial arts concepts that will help teach the athlete to use his or her body more effectively and efficiently.

Monday 6:00 - 7:00 (QuEST Intermediate)
Monday 7:00 - 8:00 (QuEST Advanced)

Wednesday 6:00 - 7:00 (QuEST Intermediate)
Wednesday 7:00 - 8:00 (QuEST Intermediate)

Friday 6:00 - 7:00 (QuEST Advanced)
Friday 7:00 - 8:00 (QuEST Intermediate)

Single class - $12 (non member); $10.80 (member).
To purchase a single class, click here to register and pay for the speficic class


Packages (purchase package in eSoft by clicking here)
1 month package - $81 (approx $9 per class)
2 month package - $135 (approx $7.50 per class)
3 month package - $180 (approximately $6 per class)

Note:  Once you purchase the package, you do not need to register for any class, you can just show up at the time you want to attend.
