Instructions for making monthly installment payments

The purpose of this message is to answer the questions that many of you have had about the new online scheduling and payment system. This message should clarify some of the questions that I have been getting. I want to make it clear that you do not have to use the online system to make payments towards your Buzzsaws tuition. You can simply send a check in the mail and it will get get applied to your account the old fashioned way and you will receive a receipt via e-mail. However, if you wish to make your installment online, you can simple login to your account and pay with a credit card or debit card. I will give you instructions below on how to do that. The third option is to get set up on an auto-payment schedule. If you would like to do this....there are instructions below. The first installment was due on October 1st for 1/8th of your Buzzsaws tuition. The software does not havae the ability to send invoices but you can login to your account to see your balance and simply pay 1/8th of the balance either by check (address below) or credit card. Important - I am still missing some registrations. If you have not sent in your registration and deposit, please do so ASAP. To download the registration for, go to the web-site and click on your age group and find the registration form at the bottom.

Reminder - to get to the Mindbody site, go to and click on the "client login" tab at the top left. If you have not logged in yet for the first time, click on "sign up". If you have sent in your registration form, you will have an account already with your primary email address as your username. You will just need to follow the instructions for setting up a new account which includes choosing a password.

Instructions for checking your balance

1) Login to your account (see instructions above for first time users)

2) Click on "My Info" and choose the "Profile" tab to enter name, credit card info and family members.

3) Click on the "account" tab to see your balance and all transactions.

Instructions for making a payment on your account using a credit/debit card

1) Once you are logged in, click on the "Online Store" tab

2) Click on the "gift cards/credit" tab

3) Choose "account payment" from the drop down menu

4) Enter the amount of payment where is says "enter a gift card amount" and click "make purchase" and follw the rest of the steps.

Instructions for setting up auto-pay

1) Check your balance via process above

2) Make sure your credit card information is up to date

3) Send me an e-mail letting me know what the installment should be (1/8th of balance) and the date of each month to run the payment.

4) I will ener the auto-pay information and your first payment will come out in the next couple of days and on the date you selected for a total of 8 installments.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I apologize for the learning curve but this will be pretty easy once you get used to it. I am perfectly happy with any payment method you choose. I will send an e-mail reminder at the beginning of each month since the system will not allow me to send invoices of any kind.
